Policies & Guidelines

Our standard service area includes Acworth, Dallas, Kennesaw, and Marietta. Additional fees apply for services outside this area. Please contact us for a custom quote if you are located beyond our service boundaries.

Hours of Operation

  • Regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Weekend appointments available by request.

  • Emergency cleaning services are available at an additional charge and subject to availability.

Booking/Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Check, or Cash.

  • Please make sure to book your appointment 2 days prior.

  • A minimum deposit of $25 should be made at booking to confirm service.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Late payments are subject to a late fee of $50 if not received within 10 days of the due date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee of $55.00.

  • We understand emergencies happen — please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Quality Assurance

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

Workplace Safety

  • All staff are trained in cleaning protocols, proper chemical usage, and equipment safety.

  • Please make sure all pets are secured before cleaners arrive.

  • Our service does not clean up bodily fluids, vomit, or feces.
